We are Lia and AK, and we're excited to share our journey with you as we navigate the world of property investing, business, and working together as a couple.

AK: I left my corporate job after experiencing mental and physical health issues, and we started our YouTube channel to document our journey as new property investors in 2019 with no upfront capital. Expect weekly videos where we provide project updates, share best practices, money-saving tips, and our learnings along the way.

Lia: With nearly a decade of experience building my own entertainment channel on YouTube from 0 to over 330k followers, the unpredictable nature of a content creator's monthly income took a toll on my mental health. Starting my property journey was my way of future-proofing my income and creating a stable, regular source of revenue. Ultimately, my goal is to build a secure financial foundation for our future family.

Our goal is to make property investing accessible and understandable by sharing our story. We're passionate about inspiring others to take control of their lives, no matter what challenges they may face.

I am a procrastinator at heart and can say that when I keep on top of things, life is easy. It's easy to be lazy, but it is hard work to catch up. It is easier to be proactive, it saves time, worry and misery. Great video!!

I love you guys! I know what you mean about procrastination. I bought a new bookshelf. I took all my books out and put on my bed got the old bookshelf out and new one built and in. My daughter asked for help so I went and helped her. I got distracted and kept pushing it back, bedtime came and I was tired 😫 The books all on my bed!! I have alot of books.

Most projects and chores I attend to right away. Appointments and shopping, I tend to put off until I find it absolutely necessary. I love getting household things done promptly. Where there is chaos (which exists everywhere in the world today) I have to have calm in the house (which I get by being organized and clutter free). Thanks for the conversation ! Well done.

I am very guilty of putting things off until the last minute and then kicking myself later and it's just pure laziness on my part. After all the times that I do that you would think I would learn. Nope... Well, sometimes that little voice in my head will say, Hey... just do (insert what I want to put off) now, then later you can get on with other stuff. That is very rare though. It's gotten worse over the years. I had more motivation when I was younger. I think you two balance each other well and have learned a lot from each other.
