Wowww I process with you while watching the interview! I relased my mom when I was 3 years old and she was crying arguing with my dad. And also my little mom who was suffering by feeling alone! My mom passed away in January and she told my brother how she felt so unseen. Thankyou both guys❤

This was truly a profound conversation. This is not an ego boosting post but true authentic experience. After this post cast I cried and cried. I realised I can't take on my mums pain. It's okay for her to feel her pain. I Realised I don't want my family to feel their pain or karma. I tried to take it. I care so much about their opinion of me that is not positive. I take my responsibility for taking their pain. I'm sincerely worried what not having a scape goat will do. It's not good to take others lessons. I'm scared who that makes me now. I can't rescue anyone. Does it make me invaluable. What a big night.

WOW, another humdinger, Jacy. I got teary eyed about when you spoke about you and your mother. I, too had a estranged relationship with mine and I always wanted to help her in some way but failed. Also, when you mentioned that you feel the need to defend yourself by answering me 100%. I feel empaths wear this all the time. We are very truthful beings and want to always explain ourselves to clearly make us understood. It's hard being a sensitive empath. We carry the world's burdens and it shows up in our muffin tops. I have learned to let things go more freely in the last 3 years. It seems that the last three years made us really go deep within and that is a good thing. Everything happens for a reason, huh? Thank you for having Kyle on. I just love these shows. They are so raw and authentic!
