I was dreading this project for so long because I had so many cabinet doors and drawer fronts to make and I wasn’t sure how I wanted to do them. I actually contemplated buying unfinished cabinet fronts from a company like Baker, but I decided to try and make them myself instead. The rails are made with poplar 1x3's and the inserts are made from 1/4" MDF. I went the easy route and did pocket joints instead of doing mortise and tenon, but I’m happy with how they turned out. I’m really excited to get these hung up, the van will look so much different.

In the next video we’ll get the cabinet doors all attached/hung up and then work on hardware, so stay tuned. Yewwwwwwwww!

Was nervous you weren't going to tell us how you made the groove although I guess it was a simple approach ha - very good craftsmanship as usual!

Did you spray doors or brush/roll with paint?

Why the pocket holes? If you've take the time to cut rabbets...why not just glue and clamp?
