Upper Heart Chakra (20 min) Etheric Chakra Balancing Meditation

This is a solfeggio tone meditation for the Upper Heart Chakra, a tone between the Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra. This chakra resonates with the tone 669, 30 hz above the frequency of the heart chakra 639. This energy is associated with the color Jade being a combination of green and blue. If this chakra is active and balanced well, the individual will trust their innermost feelings: trusts others enough to open heart, takes emotional risks and shares feelings. If this chakra is imbalanced the individual might feel bitter, betrayed, paranoid:uses mind as a shield:doesn't trust self or others.

Know that this 13 chakra system spoken in the above link is still only dealing with 3rd dimensional chakras except for their 13th chakra which is actually the main 8th chakra the soul star which they labeled the "astral chakra". In their 13th chakra system they are including the in between chakras, so essentially instead of the standard 7 chakras associating with all of the 7 white keys in an octave before it begins again, they're talking about all 12 tones being the white and the black keys in an octave before going back to C again.

Is this the higher heart chakra or is that a different one. I'll paraphrase that Elizabeth April says the heart pain lately is a sign of higher vibrations in 5D being introduced to the heart chakra.
