4 stripe blue in roy dean’s lineage prepping for the purple belt demo you mentioned. Indeed…the combination portion seems to be the toughest. Thanks so much for posting this! I’ll be studying on this

This video is fantastic and helps me with the transition from blue belt to purple belt. This is the first video of flow sequences I’ve seen, please continue to do others. Your videos are inspirational. Thank you .

Another great video with some clever ideas. As I get older, I have been looking for some less abusive ways to train, and going through this kind of flow is perfect!

THANK! YOU! I've always wondered how this was done, I'm a struggling white belt trying to find my anchor. Many thanks!

Thank you I really enjoy watching your videos. Especially when you speak about bjj and getting older . I’m 50 years old and have just returned to bjj after not training for almost 14 years. I’m back about 5 months and although it’s been a blast . It’s been quite difficult . I would love to train everyday if I could but the body will only allow 4 days a week and 2 of those are non rolling days . Just drills and flows to the best of my ability. Thank you for what you do . I would love to be able to talk to you more in depth about my situation if you have any advice I would appreciate your knowledge

As someone who practices Animal Flow this makes me smile a lot.

Professor, I just got my 4th stripe on my white a few days ago and while my school doesn’t require demonstrations for promotion, it got me thinking that I would like to maybe write down and make very explicit to myself all that I know so far. Have you posted the requirements for someone going from white to blue somewhere? For some reason I was thinking you had but I can’t seem to find it.

Fantastic knowledge!
As a white belt, I’ve been wondering how I can accelerate by ability to create flow. I want to be a good uke for smaller partners (I’m 6’4”, 210lbs) and I noticed that with the women I train with, I was been just too stiff and in many ways insurmountable

60 year old Gracie white belt. Seven months in, my rolling looks nothing like the blue belts at the beginning of the video. . I wish it did.

“From here obviously” “of course we’ve got” — meanwhile as a brand new white belt I freeze when I’ve got my boi below me in Mount.
