For example while spinning and chanting Bloody Mary, one would usually envision Bloody Mary bing in the mirror, so their brain will follow that suggestion and hallucinate her to focus itself. Some of the more subtle changes that can happen are smaller objects being displaced or mimicked.

For instance, in the master bedroom, there is a white vanity with the cracked mirror on the left side of the screen, next to the door. There is a guitar next to the vanity that is normally leaning to the left against it, but it can be moved to where it is leaning the opposite way. The two blue containers(a tube on the right and bottle on the left that both look black in the monochrome version) on the right side of the vanity can also be moved and mimicked. The tube on the right gets mimicked, and the mimic is placed behind The photograph on the left side of the vanity. The bottle to the left of the tube gets displaced, but is more hidden when it is placed behind the same picture. It is harder to see.
On the right side of the bedroom, there is the white dresser. On top, obviously, we already know that the picture can change, but there is a gray mug just next to it. That mug tends to get mimicked, and a larger version appears right next to it. On the lower shelf on the same dresser, there is a pair of scissors that is usually on the left side, but tends to get displaced and moved to the middle of the shelf.
One more subtle thing I can think of is a green item(what looks almost like a stack of sticky notes, idk) on the bedside table on the very left of the screen. That object can completely disappear. I'm not sure if it appears in a different part of the room, but it gets displaced for sure.

In the living room, there is a tall plant beside the door in the back hallway. From what I have seen so far, two things can happen to it; it can either be displaced and moved to the very left of the screen, right next to the doorway leading to the kitchen, or it can be mimicked and another plant identical to it is placed on the other side of the door in the back hallway.
The picture of the kitten on the dresser beside the doorway to the kitchen can change into a fully grown cat.
There is a space behind the kitten picture on that same dresser that can sometimes be filled by a dark picture frame that kind of blends in with the dark floor background, so that one is particularly difficult to spot. You can just see the corner of the frame and its little stand against the slightly lighter dresser surface if you look close enough. (It's also probably way easier to spot if you use the flashlight, and I didn't realize til now lmao)

In the kitchen, there is a cereal box standing up right on top of the fridge that can be mimicked, and an identical cereal box gets placed on the other side of the cereal box that is laying down.
On the left side of the coffee machine, one of the two containers can be mimicked, and you will see three instead of two.
Both the rack of cooking tools on the wall and the microwave can be displaced, and moved to the opposite side of the countertop.
On the kitchen table at the bottom of the screen, there is a white mug next to the plate on the right that is usually on the right side of the plate, but it can be displaced to the left side of it. It's another very subtle one that I nearly missed.
There is a cutting board next to the sink with a rolling pin and a knife on it. The knife can disappear, or in this case, be displaced.
The cross on the bottom right of the screen that's hung up on the wall can be turned upside down.

There is one mimic that is kind of obvious that takes place in the kids' room, and it is what looks to be a stack of books or a stack of children's clothes on the small cabinet shelf by the crib that gets duplicated and placed on top of the tall dresser(?) on the right side of the room. (Idk what that tall piece of furniture is, so I'm guessing it's a humongous dresser lmao)

Like that tall plant I mentioned previously in the living room, many thing in the house can change in more than one way - especially paintings - so keep an eye on that.
There can also be more than one of the same anomaly in the same room. Either, one report will change both, or more than one report will need to be made to banish both anomalies.

Mimics can be a duplicate of an object OR a single object (that wasn't there before) trying to blend in.

One thing I found quite funny in the living room is the way the picture above the TV changes. They made it where the Eye of Sauron appears and I thought it was awesome when I saw it lmao

There is also a very creepy thing that happens at 3: 33 AM - a voice will start whispering. "I know everything about what makes you human." Or... "I know what you love. I know what you dread." Not sure if there are any other voice lines for this time, but for now, that's what I heard.
At 5: 11 AM, there was another voice I heard that says "I am inside your home". I think this particular voice is random(may depend on whether the intruder(now called preacher) decides to crash your party), but I heard it and it freaked me tf out either way, lmfao. Didn't help when the preacher that said that appeared in the master bedroom closet right after I heard it, and the sound he was making made it worse😭
And don't get me started on the pure forms, good Lord, protect me please-

So, needless to say, the shit doesn't start hitting the fan until 3: 33 AM 💀

These are all the subtle changes that I can really think of, so I thought I would put them here for future reference for mister Ed just in case. c:
