if it says too many anomalies, it means that there's lots of stuff that are displaced or something, and when the lights go out for 1sec, it means that there is an anomalie and you have to guess what it is.

Just before he says "I hear a noise" at 1:12, a creature thing sort of flashes up in the middle of the room. Put the video speed to 0.25 so you can see it better. Also at 14:30, Something small and yellow moves from one side of the sink to the other (probably a soap).
