Entitled Karen Can’t Keep Her Hands To Herself! Tries to Take My Camera! Where's The Accountability?

Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, On 9/15/22 I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment Rights at the Bingham County Courthouse in Blackfoot, Idaho when I was confronted by a public servant Danielle Whooten. Ms. Whooten asked me if I needed help, when I asked her her name and position she refused to provide it and when I informed her I didn’t need help she became triggered and for some unknown reason decided the appropriate response was to grab my hand and squeeze it and attempt to take my camera from me…Stay tuned to the Channel for further updates on this situation! We the People cannot allow our public servants to blatantly brake the law and get away with it! There needs to be legal accountability just like there is for us! Let’s hope the Prosecutor does the right thing! Let me know your thoughts in the comments! The immediate hostility toward a crime victim is incredible. As we can all see, "in this day and age", laws are not for government employees. Especially if your last name is the same as a street here. AND, YOU WORK FOR THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT. They are above the law. This is what your tax dollars pay for. Don't let this one go Sean. You know damn well the prosecutor will stall forever and do nothing. Looks like you woke her up from a nap. That is what they get upset about. They do little to earn their pay and don't want it on camera.

So by that officer's logic if I decide to assault someone on the street and they call the cops they can't arrest me cause it wasn't done in their presence? That makes a whole lot of sense.

Having been cited for "assault" for simply sticking my finger into another person's chest during an argument, whereas "assault" is defined in the law as a "touch in a rudeness of manner", she ABSOLUTELY committed assault.

I learned that expensive lesson and she should too.

(Moral of the story, that's taught from childhood, is KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF!)

Props to that Lieutenant for telling Sean he mistakenly said it was a Federal case law instead of an Idaho one. Rare you hear them be so honest. Imagine all government and law enforcement being that nice!

If the state sweeps this one under the rug than I strongly suggest you challenge this all the way up to federal supreme court. Enough is enough. A strong message needs to be sent to these so-called "public servant" tyrant bullies.
