Multi-photon time lapse of human epithelial cells

Time-lapse of living human epithelial cells stained with Spirochrome's SPY555-tubulin live cell tubulin probe made with our #MPX1040 #multiphoton microscope: 60x, 1.4 NA, FOV 665 µm - Overlay of 2P-460 nm (Hoechst, blue) and 2P-595 nm (SPY555-tubulin, green).
You can see the cell nuclei (blue) and the stained microtubuli (green). DLD1 cells were allowed to grow in an ibidi GmbH 8-Well Slide for 1 day and stained with the live cell probe SPY555-tubulin (Spirochrome).
Cells were kindly provided by Dr. Christine Heinzle (VIVIT).
