Multi-photon z-stack of cellular spheroids

Beautiful insight into cellular spheroids made with our MPX-1040 multi-photon setup: 60x, 1.4 NA, FOV 80 µm - Overlay of 2P-460 nm (Hoechst, grey) and 2P-595 nm (SPY555-tubulin, orange). You can see the cell nuclei (grey) and the stained microtubuli (orange). DLD1 cells were allowed to grow in an ibidi GmbH 8-Well Slide for 1 day and stained with the live cell probe SPY555-tubulin (Spirochrome).
