Here’s how this works. Cap became fully worthy (my theory is whenever he admitted to Tony abt what rlly happened to Tony’s parents). I feel like he stayed worthy once he was worthy. And the weight of the hammer doesn’t apply to the people who are worthy. They can pick it up as if it was a toy Mjolnir from Walmart

No, he can't summon the lightning. Although he can lift the hammer, it doesn't mean he can control lighting, Thor is the God of lighting, and the hammer doesn't produce the lightning, Thor does, meaning that he can throw and catch it but can't use lightning, yes is complicated but true marvel fans will agree. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Jane was dying anyways, Mjolnir only held the cancer off till her trials were done . Then she was done .

The hammer didn’t harm Jane, it was only keeping her alive. Thor wished to the hammer for it to keep Jane safe & it did exactly that by turning her into Mighty Thor.

Cap/Steven would still be able to life it even in old age like Thors father can. He’s still worthy.
