SIMPLE VEGAN HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

Here is a simple vegan Hollandaise sauce for your vegan eggs Benedict. I whipped the sauce up in my Vitamix and poured over toasted Follow your Heart gluten free Brioche bread and Follow your heart Veganegg. Yum Yum.

Here is what you will need
3/4 cup soaked cashews
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 T nutritional yeast
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp tumeric
dash of cayenne
salt and pepper to taste
1 to 2 T lemon zest
juice of 1/2 to 1 lemon
splash of nut milk
fresh parsley chopped for garnish

put all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth.

place sauce in a sauce pan and heat thru .

To assemble the " Eggs Benedict":

Toast one slice of follow your heart bread, while bread is toasting whip up one Follow Your Heart Veganegg.
place toast on plate top with sauce, then egg, then more sauce, garnish with fresh parsley, Enjoy
