Why are you not evaluating driver monitoring systems? Some are more distracting and unsafe than others. They are not equal and some are just dangerous. Adding a + safety rating if the car has it installed not very logical.

For overall ratings use this:
Good rating 2+
Acceptable rating 1+
Marginal rating -1
Poor rating -2
Example tha Mazda 2 good a marginal rating in the small overlap so -1 but it got good in side so +2 so good 2+ - marginal -1 = acceptable rating +1

I would make the headlight testing the priority. It is incredible (not really) how many new cars blind oncoming traffic. Pretty much almost all accesible cars have poor quality headlights. Expected, for sh**y brands who do not invest millions in headlight research, as BMW and Mercedes do.
