ALMOST PERFECT SINGAPORE AIRLINES FIRST FLIGHT - SQ 336 - SINGAPORE to PARIS CDG - BOEING 777-300ER

Welcome back :) Today we are flying from Singapore to Paris in First Class.

Singapore Airlines operates two daily flight to Paris (depending on the season)
The daily flight is operated by a Boeing 777-300ER with First Class and the other flight by an Airbus A350-900 (no First Class)

In Singapore Changi, there are a First Class Reception in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
The path in Terminal 3 to the SilverKris Lounge is short.
The Private Room is dedicated to Singapore Airlines First and Suites Class passengers only.
If you are a Lufthansa, Swiss First Class passenger and a PPS Solitaires member, you are invited to the First Class Lounge.

Oddly, boarding is made in Terminal 1. If you are brave, you can walk to go to the gate but I think that you prefer to take the Skytrain.

In Singapore Changi, there's a secutiry checkpoint at each gate.
But even in its own hub, there are no Pririoty Lane for SIA First, Business Class passengers and PPS members.
Star Alliance members Lufthansa and SWISS have a Priority Lane. Why not Singapore Airlines in its own house???

30 minutes for safety checks, it might be not long if you compare to other airports but as one of the best airport in the world, Changi very disappoints me.

Hopefully, Leading Stewardess Jean, Leading Steward Alex and Inflight Manager Anthony will make that flight perfect.
Totally perfect? I'm not that sure. You cannot doubt about the caviar, Lobster Thermidor was excellent but the foie gras and the dessert were average.

well, the ground service at Changi is certainly NO world class service! how poor, no priority lane etc.

Well compiled video. I am unable to understand the logic of these airlines. No doubt all First Class passengers are premium as they have paid a very high fare. They have to travel very comfortably and in a large lie-flat seat or throne. But they have these exclusive lounges where they are tempted and offered and made to feed a lot of tasty food. Again in the flight they are over fed. Actually this uncontrolled feeding really punishes the customer especially his digestive system. Looks like the desserts served were also average in taste

i'm Singaporean. I can't say I'm that proud of SQ anymore. The seats have been old for too long, many of the seat adjustments dont work. worst of all: the service is generally cold and mechanical with fake smiles. in econ, it's horrid, in biz, it's tolerable. I've moved on to emirates and qatar. If singapore gov allowed direct flights fr sg to other major cities, i suspect there'd be an exodus

So, so strange that they don't have a dedicated priority lane at the checkpoint in their home airport...even Air India would have escorted you through a private channel with a first class ticket 😂
