A380 is one of my Favourite Aircraft & it was the very first aircraft i took with my late dad he too was a big fan of A380 Aircraft's .

I liked A380s but I start Hating them this Year. It's Rivals Got scrapped. Boeing 777X, Uncertified yet but I am obsessed with the 777X!

I was also saddened because of the discontinuation of A380. But Airbus is getting very creative with Airbus A350s!

Have only ever travelled on Air France A380's and only in Business Class but prefer the 777 due to not all being 2-2-2 seating config. Food and wine as usual is excellent. Glad I went on the 380 before its demise

Flew Etihad First Apartment last week Abu Dhabi to Paris and London to Abu Dhabi and both had caviar service (20g Oscietra from a tin). The rest of the meals were all sub-par unfortunately.

Thanks for the review. I flew A380 from SF to Barcelona a few years ago. Loved it! I too, was disappointed at the news about the discontinuation :-(

Being an older Gurrrl, the 707 and DC-8 hold very special corners of my ❤️. Next up is the Queen ... and I fly several times a year LAX to Europe to visit my siblings so I try to fly on her as much as I can (favourite seats 1A or 1K). Safe travels Brian 👍🏻

Memorial quote I made for A380: The A380 has been a part of our lives since it first flew in 2005. Since then, it flew many flights and carried millions of people. The plane was very popular and we all are sad to see it go. Today, we remember the world’s largest passenger plane as we say our last goodbyes. The A380, even though it is retiring, will always be a part of our lives and a part of the history of air travel.

For seats, Emirates is the winner, not Singapore. Its newly configured a380 was unveiled in 2020!

I don’t think the 380 is going to around as long a people think on most of the operators. Many are well into plans to phase it out as soon as realistically possible.

How can I redeem Alaska Miles for Emirates. I did try from LAX-DEL but it is mixed cabin. I don't mind a shorter trip but do want to try First Class
