How to Use the Arc Contouring Function on Milling Digital Readout Display Consoles Easson DRO

preview_player
Показать описание
When fitted to a milling machine the Easson ES-8A digital readout has a dedicated arc contouring function that allows for machining internal and external radius arcs without a rotary table. The console prompts the user to enter centre position, arc radius, tool diameter, start & end coordinate, select between internal or external curve and maximum cut. This allows full control of the arc and finish, the smaller the maximum value entered the finer the finish.

This function guide will also suit a Sino SDS6-2V and SDS6-3V digital readout display console.

Brilliantly explained... thanks... I am wondering why there are so less thumbs up.

Never used a DRO before and just got mine hooked up. Question; when you first start is the end mills center on the Datum Point of the picture, then X and Y are set to zero? Or would the end mills edge be touching the Datum Point (like at a 45 degree angle)?
