What to do when it keeps saying "verifying adobe fonts" while exporting? and it's not exporting as motion graphics even if I already downloaded the font and edited it on 2019 AE?

Mine doesn't give me those options... When I extract, it gives me the same exact file I just zipped. An After Effects file is not available..
