Learning Premiere Pro is maddening because I always have the simplest questions that zero videos address. Question: Can I create MOGRTs entirely within Premiere Pro? In other words can I create MOGRTs with NEVER OPENING After Effects?

I use a plugin called premiere composer. It’s a free one. You can simply add folders to it like this only and it’s edit functions for the mogrt are better than premiere. I also use this plugin to find sfx quickly.

there is not an option as "manage additional folders" on my premiere pro. i use to have it but i deleted my premiere pro and reinstalled again. do u know any way to fix this?

Can the graphics be added to the timeline using IN and OUT points instead of drag and drop?
