If they’d have gone with Sarah they would have probably been successful. Sarah was super keen and genuinely excited with a vision and for that reason I think Sarah would have ensured it succeeded. Even one restaurant that bloomed would be a fantastic business.

Should of gone with Sarah. She was genuinely passionate and had a vision. Peter just has one brand sauce that was successful and literally every food pitch he drops in it and the business owners fall for it all the time and most end up being dissolved in a few years.
