I have one of these lanterns for several years and during the last Hurricane we lost power. The power was off for 10 days so my cooking was over a camp stove. I set the stove on the top of the one in the kitchen next to the frig. In the morning to cook breakfast I would attach the lantern to the side of the frig with the magnets in the lanterns base. It gave me plenty of light to cook breakfast for the wife and I. Then rest of the years it served as a camping lantern in one of my hammock's or tent.

Thanks for the review. I just picked up one of those Brila  mini  lamps and I can't believe how bright they are. They are small light weight and super bright. Thanks for sharing. I may pick up  a couple more. Enjoy & be safe !

Decent review, would have been better if done at night to show better how much it lights up.
