Will Asteroid Apophis Hit Earth In 2029?

What are your plans for 2029?
According to scientists, a potentially hazardous asteroid, named Apophis, will be directed toward the Earth. Whether you believe in science or not, this is no joke: every newspaper is talking about it!
13 April 2029, save the date! This is when it will be visible from Europe and Africa. Forget about all the plans you have made, and get some tickets for you and your loved ones. Even though Apophis will not end up destroying the Earth, this will be the event of a lifetime.

Chelyabinsk event
It's 2013, in the Russian city of Chelyabinsk. The teacher Yulia Karbysheva is ordering her students to stay away from the room's windows and to hide under their desks. If anyone in the scientific community had predicted the impact of the asteroid, a simple warning to the entire population could have reduced the number of people hurt in Chelyabinsk: a blast came and Yulia found herself lacerated: a window glass cut through her arm, severing a tendon. Thankfully, none of her students got hurt.

The Closest Approach
The moment Apophis will be the closest to Earth, it will fly by at a distance of about 20 thousand miles away from the Earth’s surface. This is basically one-tenth of the Earth-Moon distance.
Yet, when scientists discovered it in 2004, it was no more than a tiny dot swimming in a sea of stars.
It is estimated to be about 1,100 feet (340 meters) across, and it was soon identified as one of the most hazardous asteroids that could impact Earth. Thankfully, that impact assessment changed after astronomers tracked Apophis and its orbit became better determined..

If it does hit, I want to be right under it because it will kill me as quick as imploding in a submersible near the Titanic.

Let's hope it doesn't have a gravitational interaction between now and when it crosses our path. It's not big enough to wipe all life away, but it would put on one hell of a show just the same.

He said when He comes back it will be just like He left..on the 3rd day.A day to the Lord is like a thousand years and a thousand years is like a day. It’s almost the 3rd day…It’s real and the only thing you can do it pray and hold fast to your loved ones. And LOOK UP FOR YOUR REDEMPTION COMES NIGH

From Nasa: “Thanks to additional observations of Apophis, the risk of an impact in 2029 was later ruled out, as was the potential impact risk posed by another close approach in 2036. Until March 2021, however, a small chance of impact in 2068 still remained.”

An object needs to be within the gravitational pull of Earth in order to be affected by its gravity. The distance at which this occurs is known as the Hill sphere, which is approximately 1.5 times the distance from Earth to the Moon. However, this distance can vary depending on the mass of the object and other factors. so being as the Apophis has the material heavy and thick enough sorry to say this but that may get pulled into our atmosphere 1.10 is dangerously close to the hill sphere limit and based off the compositions it will more then likely make a change in orbit

It’s wormwood like in the book of Revelation. And I saw a star and it crashed into the sea, and the sea was made bitter and it killed a third of all living things in the sea and one third died and one third of the ships were destroyed and the waters were made bitter

I absolutely believe it will hit us, and they know it. It’s to massive to not be affected by the earth’s gravitational pull

Apophis will probably not be such a case but scientists are also subject to bigger surprises in the coming future. (Scientists aren't all knowing)

Gone are the days where people just answer questions directly, rather than make a documentary on a Yes or No question.

Impacts events, always a fascinating subject. You could do a video about the psychological reasons for that.

They can call it Apophis or what ever, remember when they were talking about Planet X and it was supposed to go around the earth go behind the Sun then come back in 10years and hit us.That was 2013 I believe
