setting textures to ultra on a 3080 10gb at 4k results in massive fps drops randomly...so the game must be using more then 10gb of vram at 4k with textures set to ultra.

The game runs like crap no matter your rig. Everyone saying they have smooth experience is lying or playing 30fps.
Funny how no one can proof their 'smooth experience'.
Show me by running to west to east in venice beach or sola without frame drops.
If you play 120fps, show me your fps doesn't drop below 100fps.
If you play on 60hz, show me the frames doesn't drop below 59fps.
Show me, oh wait you can't, because the game runs like crap.
Yes it runs good in most area's, but the fun places are above ground in the city's and there it runs like crap.
