I am planning on buying a timberline 850 soon and have a question about the downdraft exhaust, , being that the smoke is vented through the bottom and between the layers of the insulated lid is there a way to clean out the creosote buildup that would build up?

I bought the 1300, doesn't hardly smoke. More like an oven unless I'm doing something wrong.
