I fixed one a few months ago on my Ninja Woodfire. I butterflied the tenderloin open, filled it with stuffing, then wrapped it in bacon and closed it up with a couple long skewers. Then smoked and cooked to internal temp also. Was soo good and the bacon added a bit of crunch.
