Baldur's Gate 3: Get Boooal's permanent buff on your full party with no sacrifice.

One of the many hidden encounters in Baldur's Gate 3 is in the Festering Cove with the Kuo-Toa.
You can get a buff that gives advantage on attack rolls against bleeding targets.
This is a permanent buff you can get on everyone in your party without needing to sacrifice anyone with this simple trick.
As a warning this may be patched out at some point.

FYI, it's not a glitch, BOOAL has to reward you with something, if he can't take the sickle from his priest, he'll give you the second best thing for you to be his champion: his benediction. A glitch would be getting 2 sickles by pickpocketing it first and then getting it from BOOAL, but the game has been made so it (almost) never spawns unique items, it just moves them from inventory to inventory to ensure they can't be duplicated. A good exemple of that is Vos silver greatsword, it's a legendary item you basicaly shouldn't get your hands on in Act 1, yet if you do the game won't spawn it on Vos in Act 3 (the sword also triggers the right dialogues from Lae'Zel).

Took a slighty different path of dialogue, but ended up with the [to priest] bow, and it still worked. Neat, thanks!!

I don't think this is really a bug. BOOOAL is in power of either giving you the sickle or bestowing you the permanent blessing (BOOOAL's benediction). Sickle must be in possession of the Kuo-Toa priest because he is the one making the sacrifice. So, if the priest no longer has the sickle and BOOOAL has agreed with your persuasion he must give you something. He would rather only give the sickle, but since it's not there he must give the only other thing he is in power of giving.
Edit:
PS. You could also first do the [Investigation] option, then steal the sickle, and fall-back to same dialog as in Method 1. This method is not really good, since you first need to pass the intelligence 15 check for the investigation option.

This still works. and if you don't have a potion of invisibility and you are level 5 or above talk to withers and hire the duergar and level them up in theif and once you are level 5 with them they will have a permanent invisibility you can use.

To make sure you don't fail pickpocket - use fog cloud or darkness

Edit: not like not fail, it's in case you fail creatures will not get angry. Also, use the same trick to pickpocket Akabi or steal Idol of Silvanus

Still works after 1.0. Considering it is not fixed now it is likely that this will work indefinitely. Also if you have Shadowheart the first option might be better (if you have good persuasion) since she gets an Inspiration point from the persuasion option.

I don't think he mentions this but if you put party members in camp to avoid them disliking what youre doing, those members wont get the buff. They have to be near by

You need to know, that if you fail, run and get away, you can't trigger dialogue at all, so have a backup plan

Worked. Just be sure to sit as in, press C to hide before pickpocketing. Unfortunately Shovel and the doggo doen't seem to get the budd.

Why do you assume they're going to patch it? They probably specifically built it like this so people could find a way to outsmart them (the Kuo-Toa). In any case, thank you for the guide!
