This video is all about mapping a 16-mile-wide object (pulsar star) at a distance of 1,100 light-years. That's more or less like mapping a coin on Pluto from Earth.

Awesome! Looks like the Netherlands and USA are on the same page with these hot spots!

What's the difference between a Neutron Star, Magnetar & Pulsar?

What makes a Pulsar a Pulsar instead of a black hole or a white dwarf?

The pulsar is only 16 miles wide? Wow. No wonder it is able to rotate a quintillion times per second.

Ardit My Friend, This is a very interesting video, So I watched it twice, I was not aware of this instrument until now, This is very cool, I need to be more aware in the future, I have the NASA app on my computer and smartphone but I find it difficult to keep up with all of the information that is out in Cyberspace, I've unsubscribed to a few channels because of this, No worries, You guys are going to be with me till the end, I was 53 years old when I got my first smartphone, had I been 15, I would be controlling the world by now 🤣 Thank you all for this excellent channel and I'll see ya soon. 👍

Why does the neutron star appear to have convection cells on it’s surface? Nothing like that is happening on a neutron star… is it??

This is so exciting!!

But Your narrator’s tone of speaking is really distracting. He’s talking like this is a true crime podcast instead of an astronomy video.

It’s like this creepy voice, instead of interesting/informative voice. You should ask him to maybe lighten up a smidge.
