STEP 1
To begin with this easy recipe, wash and peel the veggies.
STEP 2
Take a chopping board and chop the veggies and herbs and keep aside.
STEP 3
Take the lettuce leaves and wash them well and cut them and keep until needed. Meanwhile, saute some rolled oats.

Take a small bowl and whisk olive oil and lemon juice, till it turns creamy.
