NEW Nissan X-Trail: on and off road in Nissan’s electrified SUV

We take the New Nissan X-Trail through a mix of roads and mountain tracks for an epic cross-country adventure.

With stunning vistas, secluded beaches and open sea, Holy Island is perfect for a spot of kayaking; most of the time. Unfortunately for Nicola Hume, punishing gale force winds swept away any hope of a stint on the water, but thankfully, she had the New Nissan X-Trail on hand to find somewhere more suitable: Lake Windermere.

Having loaded the Nissan X-Trail with kayaking gear, Nicola tricked through towns and carved through A-roads on her way to the lake, before putting its e-4ORCE all-wheel drive* system to use through the Pennines. Nissan’s electrified SUV proved to be a suitable road trip companion.

Had a test dive with this and the new BMW X1 the Nissan was better to drive better finished and larger add to that the comes with everything you’ll need in the tenka+.

4:50 FYI, it's the reason it's called "ONE PEDAL DRIVING", which is the kind of function that e-PEDAL (by Nissan) gives. It's a well known feature in many EV cars nowadays.
+ regen is working on braking and putting back power into the batteries. No need to use e-PEDAL for that.
