Heard that the bellhousings on the 300/4.9L were the same on the 302/5.0L and 351/5.8L.

Guess Im'ma go get a 6R80 for my 94 300 obs F-150.

i want to put a 6r80 in my 70 mustang with a stroker 351w. Concerned about the thicker area near the rear. is there enough clearance under a 70 mustang. I know the rear tranny mount is different. I might could drop the rear support down a little with the needed fabrication. This AOD is not working out . erratic shifts especially into overdrive. Pressure setting is to critical. thanks

Doing a 351W in a 65 Mustang and wanting a 6R80. Other than the Quick 6 controller and PA adapter, no other crazy parts were needed to bolt it up to the Windsor?

Whats up great video! I'm doing a 6r80 swap i to my supercharged 93 gt. I talked to the guys at Speed Gems they also make an adapter plate for the 6r80 to a 302. They told me ill also need to get a tps sensor to get it to work with the quick 6 electrics Did you have to do anything extra to get it to work. Thank you... keep the videos coming

Good deal. Working my way into a 6R80 swap to a 302 Ford with a turbo. I added code to a MS3 box to drive my 4R70W, hoping to do the same with the 6R80. I don't like the idea of having a separate box driving the transmission. Check my channel. Thanks
