Order Matters? (Commutation Relations in Quantum Mechanics)

When we use operators, we should pay attention to the order they act on states. Commutators show if two operators commute or not, if they can be used no matter how their order is. In quantum physics, it is very important to learn how to use these commutation relations, especially for momentum and position components. As others operators can be shown using position and momentum, their commutation relations are basic and very important.

In this series of videos I'm going to share some information about quantum physics based on the amazing book "Quantum Mechanics" by David J. Griffiths.
