It resonated something in me when she said, "I wasn't lazy or weak or fragile, but I was SICK." People take proper interest in physical health, but few care to do so in mental health.

i’m a 5th year med student and i just wanna kill myself now feeling so incompetent from still not passing my exams while my other classmates enjoying their summer break already. at this point i just hate medicine, i don’t know why i have to memorise everything i don’t even know how to. i feel like i have invested too much at this point and trapped. trying to meditate and do all the psycho hygiene shit that just makes me feel like a clown when i realise i still can’t even pass an exam. don’t know what i should do

I would love to have a doctor who knows how it feels. The psychiatric person I have now is literally abusive. My regular doctor was better, as he saw me as a person. He helped more then her.
