another tip i’ve noticed that reduces the bags under your eyes is by applying vaseline onto the bags under your eyes and then moisturising over the vaseline. it tightens the skin (which is why boxers use vaseline on cuts, to stop them opening up in the fight) which reduces the appearance of bags under your eyes
