Ketanji Brown Jackson made history on Thursday when she became the first Black woman to serve on the nation's highest court. A pair of important rules were also handed down — and there's another looming that has the chance to impact elections. Our new judge can’t answer what a women is, how’s she supposed to interpret the constitution?

MLK Jr would be ashamed of our leader's. Picking her because of her race and gender. Judge someone by there character, not the color of there skin. Just a damn shame we have let him down.

How can she deal with Roe V Wade if she doesn’t know what a woman is?

She’ll have to recuse herself on cases involving women

Whatever they are…

The only thing historical about it is that we now have a judge who has no idea what a woman is.

An historic day alright, the first time a person who doesn’t know what a woman is was put on the bench of the SCOTUS.

"a historic day at the Supreme Court" - Justice Jumanji, the first Justice who doesn't know what a woman is. What an achievement.

Hindenburg, Chernobyl, The Titanic, and Ketanji Brown Jackson. All historic.

It's actually a sad day for the Supreme Court to have someone making decisions who can not define what a woman is.

What a shame we are back to a point in this country where race and gender define a person. I thought we were past that about 20 years ago. To bad President Obama had to stir up all the animosity and hate to buy a few votes and set us back over 20 years.

I like how this video has 4x dislikes to likes. That’s quite the ratio. It’s almost like nobody wanted her as Supreme Court judge.

Taking over an important position but can’t answer one simple question, “what is a woman?”

The court has not moved to the right. It's moved to the correct interpretation of the constitution.
