Well the judges didn't even thought that he won a round against Jon Jones. So, I don't know if that is considered a round win. It seems that in order to get that win you have to completely dominant the champion some how and that just didn't happen.

Lyotos the man, boss he is the definition of a trye mixed martial artist. He is a pure fighter and had flawless technique and I would love to see him rematch Jones IMO he has the best shot in beating Jones he just has to stay away from the fence he got cornered on the fence witch you should never do especially against somebody with such a monstrous reach advantage. He made a mistake and Jones capitalized, in a rematch I don't see lyoto making the same mistake and would love to seehis adjustments

We can ignore that. I think Rashad was given around in his fight against Jones, but everybody who watched it knows he had nothing for him, at all. I hope Hendo wins and we get Machida v. Hendo, which is a much more intriguing match up to me.

I agree with you about the irrelevant rematch theory. I cant really see any of the 4 men defeating Jones. I'd like to see Jones fight new challenges like Hendo and Alexander Gus, or maybe Phil Davis when he gets some striking skills.

Everyone keep saying that Machida won that round, obviously he did but officially he didn't, but the point all trying to make is Lyoto being the most competitive opponent, so your point is really irrelevant for that case.
This rematch in theory is very irrelevant too, considering that Machida did enough to actually win a round, but yet lost it in the judges eyes, unless he can do some magic tricks for 5 rounds I don't see it ending 2 different. any rematch Jones had just dont feel competitive
