An Eastern Kentucky sheriff makes his first court appearance since being charged with murdering a county judge. Investigators say Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines shot and killed Judge Kevin Mullins in his chambers.

How can someone who actually DID shoot another person plead “not guilty”? When there is evidence, why do they always plead “not guilty” when it is blatantly clear, they are guilty.

Kentucky is a sick state, and a lot of sickening things happen there. One thing I have learned about these one man ran towns is that they are filled with sickos. Most are important officials.
