Kentucky sheriff charged with murder in judge's death | Morning in America

Kentucky District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, was discovered dead Thursday with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kentucky State Police.

Letcher County Sheriff Shawn M. “Mickey” Stines, 43, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the judge's death.
