If you're only going to show someone how to export one way, why would you choose to show them LOSSLESS? This is WAY overkill for the kind of export most, if not all people, should be doing. I exported like this for years when I didn't know what I was doing and I couldn't figure out why certain clips that were like 30 seconds ended up being like 2 GB file sizes! I suggest ONLY using lossless if you're working on a movie or something that high of importance. If you found this video trying to figure out how to export, look up H.264 lossy export settings. That'll work best for ya :)

I did this and my 8 second clip came out 1.2 GB lols, I get that's it's lossless but shit! How do I just export as a normal h.264 :P
