South Korea has taken the unprecedented step of invoking a return-to-work order on about 2,500 truckers in the cement industry, following six days of work stoppage. Thousands of truck drivers have been on strike, demanding an extension of a minimum fare system that will expire at the end of the year. Cement shipments have decreased by more than 90% percent since the strike began last week. Workers who fail to comply with the order could face up to three years in jail or a fine of 30 million won (US$22,400).

isn't that paid forced labor? lol. I wonder if they can just all take a vacation or quit, but with South Korean wage and living cost, quitting may not be a good option, and there is the fine/prison time as well.
