About this video: The best armor in Minecraft is, without a doubt, netherite. However, it’s not that easy to make. Unlike diamond armor for example, you can’t just add netherite ingots into a crafting table and get some netherite armor. Instead, there is a complete process of making netherite armor in Minecraft, and this video shows you ever step of how to get netherite armor.

Starting off, you will need to get a Netherite Upgrade smithing template. This is what you will use alongside diamond armor in a smithing table to turn your diamond armor into netherite armor.

Netherite Upgrades are found in the nether within Bastion Remnants. These can spawn in all nether biomes except basalt deltas, and ever 432x432 block region within the nether will have either a nether fortress or bastion remnant. However, there is a higher chance of a bastion remnant spawning than a nether fortress, meaning they can be easier to find.

Once you have found a bastion remnant, there is 10% chance of any chest in it having a netherite upgrade. Just be careful as it is easy to die in a bastion remnant, so we recommend going in with a full set of diamond armor.

After you have the netherite upgrade, you can duplicate it. This can be doe using 7 diamonds and one piece of netherite. I would recommend having at least 35 diamonds for duplicate your template that way you will always have a netherite upgrade left and won’t need to go find another.

After you have the netherite upgrade, we can move on to finding ancient debris. There are three main methods for finding ancient debris in the nether. Generally, we recommend mining around level Y15 for all of these methods.

The first netherite mining method is TNT mining. This has you making TNT and then mining in a straight line at Y15. After that, place down TNT blowing it up and exposing a larger area around you checking for ancient debris. Bed mining is similar to TNT mining except you will use beds, which explode when you try to sleep in the in the nether to expose ancient debris. Lastly, you can just strip mine in one direction. This will mean some ancient debris around you is missed, but sometimes, it can yield more results and is the cheapest netherite mining method.

After you have ancient debris, it’s time to create netherite ingots. This is very easy. Take the ancient debris and smelt it in a furnace to get netherite scrap. Take four netherite scarp and combine it with 4 gold ingots to get a netherite ingot.

Finally, take diamond armor, an upgrade template, and a netherite ingot and combine them in a smithing table. Doing this will result in you getting a piece of netherite armor.

I think this is bs. It used to be nether it’s ingot and armour. Now you have to go searching for about 30 years just to find a nether upgrade. 👎👎👎
