As a person who owns the house I live in, I can say saving space, effort and time maintaining things is still a big-big point when it comes to buying or not buying furniture, decor or similar. Even if I am tired of something and want to sell/donate it - it takes too much effort to do so. So I should be 100% sure I need it before u spend time and money on buying.

I live close to the Mexico border. I always go for *suluxs*, their quality is great. Some of them are made with leather and really hard to tell the difference from real or not. Either way, it’s your choice. No judgement from me
