The VERY BEST of Plane Spotting at Edmonton International Airport (YEG / CYEG)

My first spotting video from an Albertan city that is not Calgary (YYC or YBW). The spots are YEG are fantastic - incredible close ups and great views. Only problem is runway 30/12 is backlit all day :(

Edmonton International Airport (YEG / CYEG) is Alberta's 2nd busiest major airport; and the 5th busiest in Canada. The airport serves an as an important hub connecting the territories (and northern Alberta) to the rest of Canada.

The airport is a hub for Canadian North, WestJet (Swoop) and flair and is one of only a few airports in Canada where you can see all of Canada's 737 MAX operators, the airport is served by all of Canada's ULCC.

Edmonton airport has 2 runways; 30/12 and 20/02; is served by most
major Canadian airlines as well as KLM and a few U.S carriers.

As much as I like the King Air, the Beech 1900 is an ugly duckling. Lots of interesting liveries in Edmonton, I did not know that. Great shots Mark.

that 737-200/100 canadian north parked at 0:23 is parked perm since when i drove by it was in the exact spot (i think) or maybe im getting mixed up with another one
