I saw the rest of that Jim Carrey video and he emphasizes what Belfort said at the end. You have to DO things after you visualize. I think these two men are on the same page.

Actually that part where Jordan talks about LOA is just to criticize the book the Secret about how they don't mention WORK/Taking Action in the manifestation process to get what you want. Jordan believes in Visualization and Mental Preparation in some of his sales training videos.

I really don't think they are saying anything different! Jordan is just verbalizing the importance of taking ACTION! Jim didn't sit around just WAITING for something to fall out of the sky, but in this interview/story it's not his focal point! Either way! They both know and say that visualization leading to manifestation DEF works! As long we all know the steps that go in between😉 loved this reinforcement today! #BTA91

it responds to our energy and vibration not our intention... we can defy time and space in a good way and impress our intentions until we reach universal intelligence which is usually in the form of an idea or insight... out the clear blue sky... following detachment which is spiritually accepting what is!

My opinion is also, these two thoughts are not controversial. Visualization can give you a power to start, though visualization without any work and practice is nothing.

As bob proctor says "We must learn and apply the laws that governs our beings" the law is a law! But yes we MUST take actions, it's logic..The people that don't take any actions and think that stuff will come to their lives from the sky need to study more this law..

the law of attraction does not say you can just wish things into existence if you read the law of attraction by William Walter Atkinson he promotes taking action to make your vision a reality

I dont see two differents sides here... i just see two man saying the same thing.
Its obvious that you need to take ACTION and its obvious that you need to BELIEVE in what ACTION you are taking.
I dont know no one that will tell you "Yeah, just keep yourself locked in dark room, and you will be rich"...

if you showed a bit more of Jim carrey 's interview he would've talked about taking action too. you're obviously not going to get something by sitting in your room and imagining it. you have to take actions which are in line with your thoughts

Of course Jordan Belfort doesn't believe that spiritual manifestation is possible, he's wall street! I do believe that visualization is useless without proactive action, but when combined it truly does impact the course of your life. There's a theory that our thoughts are not our own, that we simply share thoughts that are plucked from one singular global consciousness. By visualizing thoughts that you wish to have in your life, you're attracting more of that kind of thought which manifests itself through actionable events. #BTA242
