As the final step in the Email Workflow process (after having created an Email Template and Email Alert), this video walks through the steps to create a Workflow Rule within the Process Automation section of Lightning Settings. Once created, it needs to be activated. We then test the rule to see that it creates the required email message.

Great video. thanks. I have question. Based phone call received I created a new lead with altogether new info. how can I send email Thanking new prospect account of contact which has not been converted Yet. I need to us email address used in newly created Lead?
