So if I want to creat a workflow to fire off an email from my templates to a contact after an account has been created how do I do that? Let's say I have a lead, with business name, contact name and email. What is best practice to set up 2 or 3 automated emails after that account is created? I assume I add the object of Date account is created....then what? Thanks for everything

Monte - I cannot comment on best practices, but you might find difficulty in anything that requires a 'drip' marketing approach. Stay tuned for updates to that.

what about instead of an email alert it goes into a Queue. How do I do that?
