A little context about thanking VACCIN MAKERS: In South Korea, antivirus software is commonly referred to as "vaccines" because South Korea's very first domestic antivirus software was called "Vaccine", and it became so popular among local computer enthusiasts that they started using the word "vaccine" to refer to all kinds of antivirus software. Vaccine's third iteration "V3" is quite a competitive modern AV and is still sold today.

someone already explained in the comments but yeah, we can assume the guy who named the virus was originally going for 'Sibal'(F word in Korean) but changed it to a similar word 'Sebal', which could mean 'Three feet(not about the measurement)' because that cannot be introduced on TV or Newspapers.

EDIT. nvm just guessed out of context. It is pronounced sebal. But it is speculated to be that word because many believe calling it shibal would be too over the top/tryhard-y
