I had a whole minute of laughter at how it replaced the boot screen with the shutdown screen. Simple yet unbelieveably evil for the less tech savvy.

Seeing that "It's now safe to turn off your computer." really brings back nostalgia feeling of the good old days of Windows 98... I miss Windows 98, I know that much, but VMs hate me, lol. Last time I tried with one, on my laptop before the Alureon issue, either the OS or VM didn't like me that much. Good old days of when viruses/trojans/worms etc. were actually either scary for their time, or amusing.

Now, they're all about making money. How sad.

"It's now safe tot tunr of your computer" flip was supposed to be a hard drive murder. When you try to boot and you see "It's safe to shut down your computer", you will shut it down. And corrupt all the files in the process.
