There is now an updated MIT course written for Python 3.4 and the book show has been revised - you looking for "Introduction to Computation and Programming Using Python With Application to Understanding Data, Second edition"

The book doesn't go deep into the 'Debugging' section as the uploader suggests. It's actually a very quick rundown on debugging and even mentions that in the beginning of the debugging section :)
