Also...If you don't mind I have some questions: Could you please let us know when Talk Studio is going to get some updates and added features? I was a customer with Melon prior to Logitech/Streamlabs buying them out and it seemed like they were really trying to make improvements. For instance:
1) There is no duration timer when we share a video from our hard drive (not screenshare). This is so crucial for many of us. Screensharing a browser tab just doesn't cut the grade and it doesn't maximize the available video window space in comparison to when we are sharing a video off our hard drives. This was something on the to-do list with Melon about 2+ years back.

2) While on the topic of the video player itself...I also find that scrolling through a shared video it seems very dated or just off. If I have to go back even 20-30 seconds (let alone minutes) it just doesn't move smoothly like we see in other video players (ex. YT or other multi-stream sites). It's hard to describe unless you try it yourself. Just as a side note in regards to equipment: It's definitely not my ethernet internet connections (1000up/1000down - Mbps), and my PC and laptop are both very new intel i9-13900's and each run on 4090 graphic cards with a lot of ram (64gb & 96gb). I've also tried different browsers on both computers and made sure no plugins were running just to make sure it wasn't something on my end but it definitely seems to be the video player itself.

3) Not being able to resize the banner is maddening lol (please, please fix this). Melon had made it so you could resize the logo and that was really helpful (still active today with Talk Studio). Melon had also mentioned they were working on the banner resize issue but there was no ETA at the time and that was 2+ years ago.

4) It would also be nice for Talk Studio to have some additional options to put in more graphics that are resizable. For instance we have: logo, background, and overlay but with a few extra "misc" spots to add in more assets it would make for a great addition to the service.

I know you all have been working hard to provide more features and services for streamers but please don't forget about good old Talk Studio :) It needs some TLC lol

Hi, I just downloaded & installed the plugin which works great! The one thing I have noticed is, when I now check the box to do a bandwidth test in OBS Studio, my Twitch stream literally goes live... (like really live). I know the bandwidth test is supposed to stop that, but it's not. Any ideas on why that might be happening? I've connected my twitch account to both streamlabs & OBS Studio, so i've got no idea why the bandwidth test would just stop working? I was thinking it was possibly a bug with the plugin maybe? Any thoughts or info would be great, cheers!

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to make Cloudbot work in OBS. I've been trying to test commands, but I haven't heard a thing. Can I get a better explanation showing the chat commands function in action?
