Like is correct one.
If you use 'as', you need to restructure the sentence "I speak as a native speraker does."

as = has two grammar meanings, one is preposition and the other conjunction. Meaning that if as works as preposition noun or gerund follows. If it is used as conjunction, noun and verb follows.
