I did a BIOS Upgrade and went into this problem.
Reset PIN did not work, it just refreshed Screen to do the same thing again.
This helped instantly, Thank you very very much <3
I was short before crying because i wasnt into reinstalling system for this stupid thing.

//edit: reason was that i have NetLimiter running and the reset PIN process tried to connect to a server which i have not whitelisted yet. On Login-Screen i was not able to Whitelist the conecction.

This also worked for me, some others that were similar did not, my problem started when I startup items were not loading, went in msconfig and did selective startup, unchecked load system services and load startup items, also checked safe boot under boot tab, I then couldn't get into my computer, thought I would end up having to re-format, but this worked. Many thanks.
